Your thoughts influence the way that you view the world around you – and how you navigate through it. They impact what you believe about yourself and the way that you feel, think, and act. Your mindset affects every aspect of your life.

And especially when it comes to achieving a goal.

Every success has failures along the way.

Expecting and embracing challenges and setbacks along the way allows us to learn from them. We can use temporary failures as stepping stones, to get one step closer to our goals, instead of boulders that crush us.

What if we sought out challenges that required us to overcome failures so that we can come back stronger?

Life is not adversity-free and we should not expect that.

Expecting barriers also allows you to plan how to overcome them.

A resiliency mindset allows you to bounce back when you hit a wall.

Things didn’t go as planned? Make a new plan.

Failed at your first, second, or third attempt? Try again.

By believing that growth can come through failures and that it isn’t a straight, easy path to success – you can train yourself to recover quickly from difficult conditions and tackle each obstacle without being discouraged.

How resilient do you think you are to failure? How can you practice being more resilient?
