Mindset is an extremely powerful part of creating a healthy lifestyle that most people undervalue or even completely leave out. Personal development is one of my core values. I believe in #alwayslearning.
This is why I want to make sure you are working on the inside just as much or more than you are working on the outside.
It doesn’t take much, just a few minutes a day to really focus and listen or read. Start with 5 minutes if you need to, and work up to 10, 15, or 20+ minutes each day. I promise, once you start you will crave it and it will be easy to plug into your favorite podcast or book.
A lot of times, it doesn’t even have to cost much money, if any at all!
Podcasts are free, and books can be rented from the library, even my favorite–audiobooks Thanks Libby! Or maybe you already have a list or stack that you’ve been meaning to get to. Now is the time!
