What we think controls what we do and an abundance mindset can help you create the life that you want.
Our mindsets shape who we are and how we experience the world around us.
And while we can’t always control what happens in that world around us (hello stress!) we DO have a significant amount of control over our own mindset and perception.
Abundance vs Scarcity
An abundance mindset allows you to feel grateful, embrace change, think BIG, and stay positive in hard circumstances. It embodies the belief that there is “plenty to go around.”
On the flip side, a scarcity mindset can create a negative reaction to things.
A scarcity mindset carries the belief that there are limited opportunities, resources, relationships, love, and wealth in the world. This belief creates limitations in the mind. These limiting beliefs can lead you to blame circumstances and other people when things get hard.
Change is normal or Change is hard?
Adopting an abundant mindset enables you to recognize – and embrace – that change is part of life. It allows you to appreciate that change often leads to MORE positive outcomes.
Excitement and gratitude for change (even with challenges) empower you to grow, excel and do more things to move forward in your own life.
When you approach change with a scarcity mindset, it causes you to become resistant to change. This resistance will inevitably push you farther and farther from success. In your mind change becomes a setback.
But the truth is that change is an inherent part of this life. Things are always changing and we cannot change that.
But how you handle change is up to you.
By choosing to look at life with an abundance mindset you can actually use change to create the life that you want.
Do you embrace change or tend to hate it?
