4 Ways to Cultivate Gratitude

1️⃣ Write a Thank You Letter

Choose a person you love and appreciate, and write them a thank you letter or an email sharing your appreciation of them or how they’ve impacted your life. 

2️⃣ Keep a Gratitude Journal

Make it a habit to write down what you are thankful for each day and how these things make you feel.

3️⃣ Count Your Blessing Each Morning

When you wake up, take a few minutes to reflect on the blessings you’ve received in your life recently. Be specific and think about how you felt when something good happened to you.

4️⃣ Meditate

Mindfulness meditation involves focusing on the present moment without judgment. Although people often focus on a word or phrase, it is also possible to focus on what you’re grateful for.

Gratitude is key to improving your health; not just during this holiday season, but all year round!
