Your mom was right, you do get cranky when you don’t eat right! LOL Let’s look at some mood-improving foods to help.

What you eat affects more than just your weight. The food you eat is the fuel for all parts of your body. Your muscles, your brain, and your emotions.

If you want to have a balanced body you’re going to want to eat a balanced diet. Lean proteins, veggies, fruits, whole grains, and good fats.
