Nutrition & Health Coaching

Let us guide you through your journey to create or change habits such as physical activity, nutrition, stress management, weight management, and sleep. We can also help you develop a plan to help you lower your cholesterol, blood pressure, and/or blood sugar.

We work with you and your doctor (if needed) to help you set achievable goals, stay motivated, navigate challenges, and build confidence to enable lasting behavior change.

During the first coaching session, we will ask you questions to get to know you and learn about your current lifestyle habits. Together, we will come up with 3-6 month goals. During each follow-up session, we will review your progress and explore any challenges that may have come up.

Health coaching sessions can be done in person if local or over Zoom anywhere in the U.S.
