When trying to eat Keto or low-carb a lot of people develop what’s called “carb flu.” In reality, it’s the fact that your body is using more electrolytes. To counteract the loss you should supplement with an easy electrolyte drink mix. Here are some of our recommendations:

1-liter water- 1 tsp natural calm
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
- 1/4 tsp potassium salt substitute
Lemon or Lime
- 1-liter water
