I don’t know about you, but I have quite a few recipes saved as screenshots on my phone. It seems to end up this way because when I’m trying to come up with something for dinner my phone is handy and it’s easier to screenshot the ingredients and recipes to look at while cooking versus printing out the recipes (which I’ll do afterwards if we end up liking the recipe.)
So here I am with way too many photos on my phone now and it’s time to get some of these recipes out into the world and someplace we can all access versus just my phone. LOL
So let’s get them up here!
Crockpot Sausage Stuffed Mini Peppers
These were delicious and super quick and easy! Only four ingredients and you cook them in the crockpot and walk away to get on with your day! You just can’t beat that!
Check them out here!
Crockpot Mediterranean Chicken
Another awesome and quick and easy recipe from Family Freezer! This one is a Mediterranean style chicken also cooked in a crockpot. Throw all of the ingredients in the crockpot and walk away.
Check it out here!
Instapot Crack Chicken
My family LOVED this recipe. Not for pure transparency, I do not use the Instapot, but my husband does so he’s in charge of actually cooking this for us. So it’s super quick and easy for me! LOL
It is so gooey and yummy! Check it out here!
Spicy Ceviche Tuna
THIS is our go to tuna recipe! My husband and I both LOVE this recipe and it’s super quick and easy and delicious! But for the two of us we actually use 2 or 3 cans of tuna instead of just the one that’s in the ingredients.
Mix it all together and eat it the way it is or with some Blue Diamond Smokehouse Nut Thins.
Here’s the awesome recipe here!
Epcot’s Watermelon Salad
OMG! We discovered this salad when we went to Disney World & Epcot’s International Flower & Garden Festival back in 2013. It was the most delicious and wonderful salad and I often thought about it when we got back home! It wasn’t until 2018 that I found this recipe online and we were able to make the salad ourselves at home. :)
Trust me it is sweet and sour and so good!

Shrimp and Sausage Skillet
This is a super quick and easy recipe that you can do in a hurry for a nice filling dinner! You can throw in some extra veggies too. We’ve added yellow squash and mushrooms to ours as well as the listed ingredients.
Hope you like it! Find it here!
Bacon Garlic Spaghetti Squash Casserole
This one was a great recipe as well. Now the cooking and scraping the inside of the spaghetti squash takes some time so it’s not the quickest dinner, but it is delicious.
Look at it here!
Pork chops in Mushroom Sauce
This recipe is one of my husband’s favorites and it’s really quick and easy to prepare. Don’t worry about having crimini mushrooms; I use whatever mushrooms we happen to have. Our pork chops are usually boneless as well.
Looks good to you too? Check it out here!
Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
If you don’t really feel like cooking, but you don’t want take out either, this recipe is a great way to go. It doesn’t even feel like cooking!
Only 5 ingredients and ready in about 35 minutes. Quick and easy! Grab the recipe here!
Kale and Tortellini Alfredo
Are you looking to change up your usual quick pasta recipe? My husband and I both really liked this recipe. The kids just stuck with their usual tomato sauce.
We like to buy the Buitoni Chicken and Roasted Garlic Tortellini from Kroger’s and this is an excellent topping to it if you’re ready for something creamy and salty.
It’s a quick and easy sauce to prepare for your favorite tortellini. Hope you enjoy it too! The recipe is here!
